access to bitbucket issue

Hi, we are trying to invite [REDACTED] to Bitbucket, but he is not getting an invite to Bitbucket even though he is in the waitlist. It also does not show up in this Atlassian Overview on the app. He is not getting any emails, not in his spam. There seems to be a technical issue as we have already tried more than 10 times. Could you look into this please and help me solve this situation? Thanks in advance.

G'day Jeroen!

I have checked the affected user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why they've not been able to receive these.
To resolve this:

  • In order to receive invitations again, the user will need to navigate to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option
  • Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups and access all user groups they were invited to, expand Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation on each group to completely remove it from processing, then click Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation
