Hi, we are trying to invite [REDACTED] to Bitbucket, but he is not getting an invite to Bitbucket even though he is in the waitlist. It also does not show up in this Atlassian Overview on the app. He is not getting any emails, not in his spam. There seems to be a technical issue as we have already tried more than 10 times. Could you look into this please and help me solve this situation? Thanks in advance.

I have checked the affected user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why they've not been able to receive these.

Hi @Ben , I am the affected user in question. I updated my product invitations options so that is all good. However, none of our admins can see a Bitbucker user group in the User Groups where invitations are pending. There is no single bitbucket group visible in the user groups tab. Could you clarify where we can find these settings exactly in bitbucket?

May I know if your workspace is managed in https://admin.atlassian.com? If you see it listed as a product in your Apps section, this is the case.
If it is not, you should see the user groups in Workspace Settings > Access Management > User Groups.
I'm unable to see this on my end, as I can't see any workspaces tied to either of your accounts.
