I'm attempting to setup a server install on an air gapped network. I can't make it past bitbucket setup due to this error. I've went through and checked multiple workarounds to no avail.

Perl version 5.10.1
Bitbucket version 6.6.1
Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
I created a bitbucket.properties file with the following config
server.require-ssl=false
server.port=7990
server.secure=false
server.scheme=http
