Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out because I can no longer access my Bitbucket workspace and all my repositories seem to have disappeared.

My workspace URL was: https://bitbucket.org/mirko3

When I try to access it, I get a "Resource not found" error. I have not actively worked on these repositories for several months, but I never deleted the workspace or any of the repositories intentionally.

I recently created a new workspace, but of course my old repositories are not there.

Is there any way to recover the workspace or at least understand what happened to it? Could it have been automatically removed due to inactivity or a policy change?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hello Mirko,

Your workspace was deactivated due to Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know.

We've reactivated your workspace, so you should ideally be able to access it again.

Could you please let us know if you're having any issues accessing it?
