Workspace has disappeared

I recently logged into my account after being inactive for over six months and found that my workspace is missing. It does not appear under 'All Workspaces,' and attempting to access the URL directly (bitbucket.org/tcatoto) returns an error. Could you please help me locate or restore my workspace?

How can I regain access to my repositories here?

Welcome to the community !!

Your site might be deactivated or deleted by Atlassian due to inactivity. If you are a site admin. you should have been received an email before site was deactivated. 

Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate your Free Cloud app’s data (e.g. Jira and Confluence) due to inactivity. Any data associated with this Free Cloud app will be permanently deleted soon after. We will send notifications prior to any Free Cloud app deactivation and data deletion.

Hi, @Rilwan Ahmed thanks for the reply. I did receive a message, its still on the time window and when I try to access the workspace i saw a message: 

"Your workspace has exceeded the 1 GB limit and has been placed in read-only mode. Learn more about upgrading your plan and checking storage usage. — Learn more"

I did try yo add a billing, but it say "the workspace already exist" it looks like my Atlassian account is not proper connected to the bitbucket one.
I'm willing to pay, but I can't figure it out how to make it work.. any suggestion/guides/advice?

Hi @tcatoto ,

  1. Try reducing the size as described in https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/reduce-repository-size/
  2. Follow below steps to change the plan. If its not working, contact Atlassian Billing Support
