Workspace and repo missing - Just another workspace cleanup recovery request

Hello Support Community,

I have a private free cloud account and my workspace /modshopr is missing.

I have not logged in awhile, so I suspect this is just another workspace cleanup recovery request.

I tried the self recovery method for deactivated free unused workspaces described here, but no workspaces are shown when I click on "All Workspaces".

Can someone please help me recover the workspace (and repo?) if still possible?

Can you please try navigating directly to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated and check if your workspaces are listed there for you to recover?
