I have lost the admin access account to my company repo upon bitbucket.
Can you provide help upon how to regain admin access.
I currently have normal access but the member of the company that was admin has now moved on and there email has been shut down.

The easiest way to handle this is to simply deactivate her account. Most domain accounts actually keep a retention period of about 3 months after they're deleted.
I've also reached out to Atlassian for assistance, as we as community members aren't equipped to make judgment calls or offer direct help in this situation. Somebody should get in touch here in this topic.

I have managed to resolve my problem by regaining access to the domain email address that the company provided to the member of staff who moved on. The domain email could be used to obtain access .
