Will it be okay to remove .pack file from our local repo before pushing it to elsewhere?

We have a Repository in bitbucket and we want to migraate it from cloud bitbucket to bitbucket server. Will it harm our repo if we delete .pack file from repo before migration? We are going to use -mirror to migrate.
