Why was PR view changed to show only single file instead of all files in PR?

Welcome to the community!
There has not been any recent changes to the pull request UI. There is a setting that you can configure to load files all at once. Can you check if that setting may have been changed?
Open a pull request > Click on the Files change tab > Click on the gear icon on the far right > Select All at once under the Load files section
