I recently registered on Bitbucket using my org's email address, I have access to Jira and under Atlassian settings it shows Jira (org_name) but my BitBucket shows as BitBucket (Bitbucket). Additionally, I cannot access any of the company repositories, but I can look at the company's Jira.

I have the same problem. Navigating between the company's Bitbucket repositories and my own is very confusing.
