Why is there an invisible subscription that can't be deleted?

There's invisible Bitbucket (Cloud Free) subscriptions that can't be deleted and prevent account deletion.

When I go to create a new workspace, I see a random organisation UUID that I cannot access. I assume this is a migration bug that needs to be fixed, since it is preventing account deletion.

Sometimes subscription cannot be just cancelled by user and must be deleted from backend.
