Why dont finished import repository?

I used the option to import bitbucket repository and continue charging more than 4 hours. What happens?

You haven't specified if you're using Bitbucket Cloud or Server, please let us know so we can give you accurate responses.

Were you able to finish the import? If you were not, did you get any error message? Can you see the percentage that was completed?

Please give us more information so we can investigate, otherwise we're completely blind and won't be able to pinpoint any causes.
