Why can it be that I am blocked at bitbucked?

Why can it be that I am blocked at bitbucked?

I am trying to access bitbucket.org from this IP address 146.66.183.227. I've just moved and everything worked fine at my former place, but now it seems like I am totaly blocked on bitbucket (I can still access it via proxy). My ISP says it is not their fault.

We don't currently block specific IPs, but it's possible that something in between you and the Bitbucket servers is misbehaving. Could you please email support@bitbucket.org and include a traceroute?
