Why bitbucket pull request times out or becomes extremely slow sometime?Is there a solution for this

We face extreme slowness sometimes when we use bit bucket to create a pull request and merge the code.

It either exceeds and says timeout error or super slow. Is there an setting which we need to adjust ? We are not using any third party plugins

Are you using Cloud or Server (on prem) version of BitBucket?

If you are using Server have you looked in the logs at the time you saw the timeouts to see what is reported?

I'm sorry I don't use the Cloud version so I don't really have much to offer for troubleshooting steps there.
