Why bitbucket download are slow

My package download from bitbucket speed was 14-15 kbps, previously able to download on 1mbps

Hi!

Well, I do recommend to start from local home network, local ISP and tracing network start.

You need to use ping, traceroute tracepath and mtr tools.
