fatal: remote error: license limit exceeded. Pushing has been disabled untill the license is brought back into compliance.

Message when trying to push to Stash. We have 10 active users, which is what the license is reporting. I can't find the user/license that is exceeding our 10 user license?

Hi, Alan.

Can you verify the users and groups that are defined as having the {{Bitbucket User}} role in global permissions?

Go to {{Administration > Global Permissions}} and take note of the users and groups given the {{Bitbucket User}}. Does the combined count of the users and those users in the group exceed your license count?

Alternatively, you can also find which users count against your license by using a small plugin -- which is described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-do-i-find-which-users-count-against-my-bitbucket-server-license-779171685.html

Hope that helps!
