Why I can't find users ?

I'm trying to give READ acces to my private repository to my teacher, but I can't find him...

Also, I can't find any user at all when trying to search for them..

I go to repository -> user and group access -> and when I type my teacher's username or name it doesn't show up.

And yes, he has a bitbucket account.

Hi Vlad,

I understand you're having trouble adding your teacher to your repository. Can you confirm you're trying to add him from the User groups section on the Settings page?

If he already has access to your account you should see him there. If he doesn't have a Bitbucket account associated to the email address you're using or doesn't have access to the repository yet, he'll be emailed an invitation. Once the person creates an account or accepts the invitation to be added to the repository, Bitbucket adds the account to the repository with the access you chose when you created the invitation.

Can you try that again and let us know what happens after? Can you also confirm you're using the right email address for your teacher? You can send us a screenshot of what happens after you try to add him, to give us some more context.
