While accessing Bitbucket we are getting error "SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be start"

Hi Team,

We are getting below error while accessing Bitbucket Service which is deployed in our internal Windows Server 2016.

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

• SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Kindly suggest resolution for this issue ASAP.
