Hi @Sultan Shahin, welcome to the Community!
In Bitbucket Cloud, the global sidebar is located on the left side of the screen and looks like this:
If you can not see it, make sure that your browser or plugins are not blocking it, I'd advise trying using the incognito mode to find out if it's your browser preventing it from appearing.
