Where can I find the Bitbucket version specific upgrade notes for 7.x releases?

From the Bitbucket upgrade guide, the link to Version specific upgrade notes just takes you back to the upgrade guide. Where can I find the upgrade notes? There's not link from the release notes and I can't find any reverence with Google.

what exactly are you looking for, the general upgrade guidelines should cover all relevant actions, just in case a specific action would be needed for an upgrade you would get additional information.
