Where are the source code stored in bitbucket server? How can I run a security scan of repositories?

We have bitbucket installed in a VM. I cannot find the location of the source code in the bitbucket server. I checked D:\Atlassian\ApplicationData\Bitbucket\shared\data\repositories folder and it has hooks, logs, objects, and refs folders only. Where is the actual code stored (.js, .cs, files) ?

Hi Sajal,

If D:\Atlassian\ApplicationData\Bitbucket is your Bitbucket home directory then you should have numeric subdirectories containing the repositories underneath D:\Atlassian\ApplicationData\Bitbucket\shared\data\repositories.
