Where are default direcotries?

I installed BitBucket Server on my "server" PC to host my repos.

I downloaded BitBucket Server Backup App to backup to my NAS.

I have no clue where to go from here, everything is pretty high level and I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this stuff.

What folder am I supposed to unpack the BitBucket server update app into, because there are many that, as far as I know, could be seen as "server instance directory".

And how do I set it to backup to a folder on the network (\\192.168.0.22\BitBucketBackup)
