Whe want to setup our server to do a refresh from a branche if a developer do a push to the branch

Whe are a little company, whe wants to migrate our testing site for our projects from ftp to git, so we have bitbucket repos but now we want to setup our hosting server so he automatically pulls/fetch from the develop branche. We uses bitbucket cloud but are thinking about bitbucket server. Can someone give a solution for this.
