What support can Atlassian provide to Federal clients using Stash or JIRA on Amazon Gov Cloud?   Have a Federal Agency interested in using Stash on Amazon Web Services Gov Cloud.  What kind of support is available from Atlassian for their Stash product.  Will they maintain it, keep it patched, etc.  Who will maintain keep the Linux OS patched?  Ideally, the Federal Client wants to use Atlassian Cloud service but need a Gov rated Cloud, is that possible?   Looking for answer as soon as possible.

None.  Atlassian do not support clients running server directly.  They'll do support when you're stuck, but not run the system for you - you'll be responsible for upgrades, patches, backups, DR etc.  If you want Atlassian to run the services for you, then you need to adopt Atlassian Cloud on their platform.

Some Atlassian Experts / Partners will support you at any level you need though.
