Hello @Andres Rincon

Based on my limited experience, the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for Bitbucket Cloud is typically defined by Atlassian's service-level agreements (SLAs).

While Atlassian ensures high uptime and robust disaster recovery processes, specific RTO metrics might not be publicly available.

You can review their public Service Level Agreement and Status Page to understand the measures in place for service recovery and availability.

Hi @Andres Rincon

To add to this, here is our uptime guarantee for each product, and compensation guidelines if this uptime is not met:

Cheers!
