What happened to the new pull experience?

The new pull request experience has disappeared and it's also not available to enabled in the labs? Is this new experience going to be rolled out?

Got thrown back to the old PR experience, and my PR diffs stop loading again... classic. At least the new PR experience loads all the diffs...

I'd love to know where it went. Using the old pull request interface feels like going to the prehistoric era of the prs
