What counts as unused workspace?

As the title says. I got an email saying unused workspaces will be deleted. I've got a few repositories that I haven't made changes to in years. I don't want these to be deleted. I've logged in and clicked on each repository but in the email it says there should be a "Reactivate workspace" button. That is nowhere to be found as far as I can see.

What can I do to safeguard all my repositories? Thank you in advance.
