For continuous integration we are using Jenkins and for version control we have bitbucket,

From last 5-6 days web hooks are not working so is there any new update for web hooks?

Hi Shrikant,

You may use the following troubleshooting steps

  1. Go to JIRA Administration → System → Logging and profiling → Configure logging level for another package

  2. Enter com.atlassian.webhooks for the Package name → Set Logging Level to DEBUG → Add

  3. Mark the logs as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/marking-jira-logs-for-troubleshooting-purposes-827334452.html
  4. Trigger the WebHook

  5. Check the log entries for "posting to webhook"

Also, verify if the jira posting endpoint ports are open.

Thanks

Rahul
