I'm trying to login with my account but I get an error:
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
I cleaned the cache/cookies and tried in a private browser tab, and the problem still happens.

Are you trying to log in to Bitbucket Cloud with the same email as the one of your community account?
If so, what browser are you using?
There is a Bitbucket Cloud account with this email and its status is active, so the issue is not caused by the account's deactivation.
In case you are using a different email to log in to Bitbucket Cloud, can you log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with that email and leave a comment here, so I can check the status of that account?
