Hi @KC-JR  and welcome to the community!

This error occurs when the billing plan of a workspace gets downgraded to the Free one and there are more than 5 users with access to this workspace. A workspace on a paid plan gets downgraded to the Free one when the payment fails after three attempts.

If you are a workspace admin, you can change credit card details and then the billing plan from this page

https://bitbucket.org/my-workspace/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing

where my-workspace replace with the ID of the workspace where you see this error.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Just a heads up, I removed the workspace ID and repo name from your post to protect your privacy, as this is a public forum.

Kind regards,
Theodora
