Visual Studio 2015 worked so great with BitBucket. However with 2017 it's all broken. Any ideas or workarounds?

Hi Suheyl, if your Bitbucket version remained the same and when you changed Visual Studio something stopped working, looks like the problem might be in the Visual Studio side.

I've seen they have an extension in their Marketplace, are you using it?

I've also found the article Using Bitbucket with Visual Studio 2017, can you follow the steps there and see if it works for you?

If you're still having issues, you might want to share some more information to see if someone in the Community can help you with that, like for example:

  • What exactly is broken?
  • Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Server?

Hope that helps!

Ana
