'View Request' action in Webhooks tab not appearing for troubleshooting

Trying to setup webhooks to trigger external builds.

I can add them fine, but it is difficult to troubleshoot since there is not 'View Request' button showing up in the Action column (https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/troubleshoot-webhooks/)

Does anyone know if this is a repository configuration or permission setup issue?

This option was temporarily disabled due to some changes in our platform. Our engineering team reverted the changes that caused this issue, so the "View requests" link should be visible again.
