Very small branch not displaying all files in the branch diff

I have a branch with just 10 changes in it, and if I have the diff "Load files" setting set to "all at once". Bitbucket is refusing to show the 10th file in the diff, despite reporting that there are 10 files.

Switching to "view source" shows the file is in the branch. 

Switching the diff "Load files" setting to "Individually" allows the file to appear.

In other branches, far more than 10 changes are shown.

I've even tried creating the entire branch, with the same result.

Can anyone explain why this is ?

Is it fixed? If a support ticket is created, how can I check the status of that ticket?
