Hello. I'm not receiving Verification codes to my email anymore. Is it possible my email is in a suppression list?

Thank you.

Hi @Kristen Sala

Very much so. I've requested assistance from the Atlassian team and they should be in touch with you soon.

Hey @Kristen Sala ,

Welcome to the community...

Checking the logs internally, we observe that the emails are delivered to the organisation's Mail server.

We use the following email addresses to send codes to our users - these must be allowlisted to ensure that there are no blockages from your internal mail server:

Invitations

  • noreply@am.atlassian.com

  • noreply+XXXXXX@id.atlassian.net

Product Notifications

  • no-reply@atlassian.com

  • noreply@mailer.atlassian.com

  • notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org

IP ranges from which emails will be sent and that need to be allowed in your email server:

  • 216.221.175.128/25

  • 76.223.147.128/25

Please review the page below for more details:

Best Regards
Shwetha Suvarna
