VSCode Atlassian Extension not showing Repos (hg)

I am unable to see any repositories or pull requests listed by the Atlassian extension.

Our projects use Mercurial rather than Git. It's a Bitbucket repo, I can pull/pull with hg and edits appear in the VSCode source control panel.

Am I missing something?
