Using Bitbucket v5.16.2. Want to migrate clearcase repositories from solaris server to bitbucket

I have seen scripts available for clearcase to SVN and SVN to Bitbucket. Is that the approach? Is there any other approach ? What is the probability of success in this activity ? I understand from other users that only 50-60% of clearcase data can get migrated to bitbucket and it may be easier to just copy past latest version from clearcase vob to bitbucket repository.
