I am trying to solve a problem to develop a disciplined version control system for Reports Development. We have reports developers off-shore and in New York. The team in NY approves all reports before they are uploaded to the QA server.
I would like to figure out a way to use Bitbucket to manage this process. Please note my company is already using Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence; therefore, we are familiar with the tools. I am just not sure how you manage in a version control system the binary report files.
Does anybody have any experience using Bitbucket to manage reports developments? I would love to hear more about your processes!
