Users need to sign in to view a repo! (Don't want!)

Recently, I published a PUBLIC REPO, so people can view, however, I disabled sign up, it's meant to be view only. After some time, I noticed that no one can access anything on my Bitbucket server, because you need to sign in to view a repo!

How can I disable this?

In the repo config, You can enable it public, just found out.
