We invited a user (REDACTED) to a repository.
The invitation shows as pending on our end, but the user never receives
the email. We tried resending multiple times. The user cannot create
a Bitbucket account because the invitation email never arrives.
This issue affects only this one user. Other invitations work fine.
Could this email address be on a suppression list on Atlassian's side?

Could you please ask the user to subscribe to Atlassian product notifications? It seems that it is unsubscribed.
