I have a managed user who is not able to log in to Bitbucket. Whenever he enters his username and password, he is prompted for two-factor authentication. The thing is, his account has this feature disabled in the Atlassian admin panel. How do I grant access to this user?

Welcome to the community.

The user's Bitbucket Cloud 2FA is likely enabled, hence, why the 2FA screen is showing up.

You can ask the user to follow the steps here on how to disable Bitbucket Cloud 2FA: How to Disable/Reset 2FA on Bitbucket Cloud and Atlassian Account
