Hi,

I am working on a project with my student.

Currently, he has a bitbucket account with an academic plan.

According to the plan description, an academic account has NO user limits.

However, when I tried to push my commits to one of his projects yesterday, git client shows the following message:

********************************************************************************
[ALERT] Your push failed because the account 'kui_liu' has exceeded its
[ALERT] user limit and this repository is restricted to read-only access.
[ALERT] Change your plan to restore write access:
[ALERT] https://bitbucket.org/account/user/kui_liu/plans/
********************************************************************************

We have double-checked he has an academic plan.

Please let us know how to fix this issue.

Best,

Dongsun.

Hi @Dongsun Kim,

welcome to the community - a place where Atlassian users and the Atlassian team like to help you.

However, this sounds more like a support case to me. I'd advise you to get into contact with the Atlassian support since they can check the corresponding account on their end and hopefully find a solution for you.

Cheers,
Matthias.
