User's login to Bitbucket works. User is able to use Git, Sourcetree, Visual Studio, VS Code with Bitbucket server. However, neither IE or Chrome works; tried rebooting computer, clearing browser caches, etc. User can get to login page and enter credentials and click login, but then it spins for a while and gets taken to .../databoard URL with an error:

Don't have access to error logs at this time. Any ideas?
