User cannot create private repos

I have a user, LDAP authenticated that cannot create private repos, cannot fork. is there something i can cleanup in the database? etc... only 1 user has this problem.

Can you use the workaround on this KB and see whether that works for you? Otherwise you could open a support ticket.

The user is logged in. It's only 1 out of 120 users with this issue
