User account best practice for bitbucket

I currently have a personal bitbucket account and one I created for my previous job and added to that company's team. I've now joined a new company and was about to create a new account for them but I decided it was better to ask is this the right route to go.

Should I continue to make multiple bitbucket user accounts, or is it possible/better to have the employer add my personal bitbucket account to their team so that I only have 1 login? Are there any other considerations of which I should be aware?

It's best to use the same personal account for all teams.
