User Not Receiving Workspace Invitation

Hello Bitbucket Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with a workspace invitation that is not being received by the intended user.

I invited user X to our workspace, however the user has not received the invitation email. In Bitbucket, the invitation still appears under Pending Invites. I have attempted to resend the invitation several times, but the user still has not received anything.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise on how we can resolve it? This is quite urgent as the user requires access to the workspace to proceed with their work.
