Is there an automated way to get Bitbucket usage details per user?

Hi, usage details somewhat like if user is inactive for x number of months, git operations the user has done, last git push/pull date.

Yes. Bitbucket Cloud API is extensive and can be used to do this. But you might have to roll a lot of custom tooling for you to do this effectively with API and develop custom Bitbucket Cloud Apps to achieve the similar functionality you are looking for.
