Upgraded Needed???

Deleted user August 6, 2019

On Bitbubket, I'm using the free plan and I've added three developers into my repo. I should be allowed a maximum of five users, so myself and three others equals to four users.

However, my fourth developer cannot access my account, when he tries to access my repo to accept the invite, it shows an error message, something to the equivalent of I've "reached my limit and need to upgrade my account".

2 Questions....

1. What limit?  I thought I could add 5 people, the 4th can't even get in!

2. If I have to pay, why is there no option to pay or upgrade?  When I go to this page: https://bitbucket.org/product/pricing and click on any of the buttons, it just redirects me back to my Bitbucket dashboard page.  #InfiniteLoop

I wonder if this is just another case of bait 'n switch.

Hi Ash,

I've checked your Bitbucket Cloud account and I could see you already have 5 users. You can see that by navigating to the menu Bitbucket settings > Users on plan. If you still see only 3 users, could you send us a screenshot?

Best regards,

Ana
