The installation was completed successfully, actually this was a version upgrade.

Everything is according to supported platforms, maybe MySql, because it's version 5.7.

It was running as a Windows service. After se setup wizard finished ElasticSearch was working, but no service installed for BitBucket.

Thank you Ana!

I've renamed the application directory (C:\Atlassian\Bitbucket\6.5.1) and installed again. The server responded, but not as a service.

I'm suspecting Kaspersky is interfering with the installation as a service. I'll try the upgrade again.

Last try was better, but can't start ElasticSearch. This is the message:

Looking into the logs for more detail.

Hi Enrique,

We'll need more info to understand why you got to this situation. Can you answer the following?:

  1. Did you get the error when the installation completed? Or did you get that error message during the process?
  2. Can you confirm everything is okay according to the Supported platforms?
  3. Can you also check you're following all the steps as per Install Bitbucket Server on Windows?  Or are you trying to run Bitbucket Server as a Windows service?

Let us know!

Ana
