User Vyshakh, has been deleted mistakenly, can you guys help me to recover the user. He was one of the admin of the system, and the proper migration was yet to be done, hence our production is getting down. Let us know, what actions we have to take?

Hi @Rohan Agarwal,

Welcome to the community.

When you mentioned the user is deleted, is it deleted along with its Atlassian account or only removed from a repository or workspace user group?

  • If the user is only removed from a repository or workspace user group, I do believe other admins can reinvite the user again.
  • If the user is deleted along with their Atlassian account, the user can cancel the deletion if it's still within 14 days of deletion. More information here.
