Unable to reactivate old workspace

Basically, we used to login via the username. I just checked I still can push my repos via legacy username, but when I log in via email, I see no workspaces in my account, yet I see that my auth was used minutes ago exactly when I fetched changes.

Basically it's the same request as https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-questions/How-to-login-to-old-bitbucket-account/qaq-p/2422728

Can a moderator please elevate this? I really need to get access to my other repos there.

PS. Reactivation not appearing for me either, I would have used it already.
