I had created a repository and added my SSH key to it. I tried ti add the key to my Bitbucket settings and it alerted that I have already added the same to another repository as accesskey.

I deleted the Repo and tried again to add my SSH key to the Bitbucket settings and still it threw the same alert. I am unable to add my SSH key into the account for read/write access to the repositories.

Hi Vignesh, welcome to the Community.

If you were already using that SSH key for one repository you won't be able to use it again, as it is already in use.

You said after you deleted the repo, you were still getting the same message. Is this still happening? I've checked your account and I can not see any SSH keys, so this could have been a temporary issue. Could you please try again and let us know?

Alternatively, if you're still getting that error and you need to add an SSH key with urgency, you can generate a new one by following the instructions at Creating an SSH key.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Kind regards,

Ana
